Commitment and target
NovaPharm aims for perceivable, operable, understandable and robust experiences across keyboard, touch and assistive technology use. The implementation includes semantic landmarks, skip links, visible focus, labelled controls, error summaries, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, intrinsic image dimensions and accessible status messages.
Testing approach
Repository checks validate headings, language, image alternatives, form structure, links and protected shells. Automated accessibility and rendered Chromium and WebKit tests are part of the release gate. Manual keyboard, zoom, contrast, mobile reflow and screen-reader sampling are also required before claiming conformance.
Current status and known limitations
NovaPharm targets WCAG 2.2 AA but does not claim full conformance until the live cross-browser, assistive-technology and independent review gates pass. Some controlled third-party documents may require accessible alternatives, and legacy Executive Platform source documents require page-by-page verification after secure synchronisation. These are tracked as acceptance items rather than treated as compliant by assumption.
Help and feedback
To report a problem or request information in another format, use the contact route, identify the page or document and describe the format or assistance needed. NovaPharm will acknowledge the request and assess a reasonable accessible alternative. If a response does not resolve the issue, ask for escalation to the website owner.
