Vishal founded NovaPharm Healthcare to build a more resilient and transparent route between qualified pharmaceutical supply, regulatory requirements and UK healthcare demand.
His pharmaceutical experience includes sourcing, oncology portfolio work, cross-border supplier coordination and practical exposure to MHRA licensing workflows, EU-GMP expectations and parallel-import strategy. At NovaPharm, he is responsible for the three-pillar sourcing model, commercial partnerships and the development of the company's digital operating platform.
Vishal's role is to ensure that growth does not move ahead of regulatory readiness. Planned products, licences, customer relationships and technology capabilities are governed as future milestones until independently verified.
